For a number of reasons, this has been a pretty strange day. But, I've liked it. And there's plenty of it left.

One of the best things that can ever happen, I think, is when you're really looking forward to something, and then, somehow, it turns out to be better than you'd hoped.

Also great is when there is something that you want in a sort of vague, undefined way, and before you take the time to figure out precisely what you want it to be, it shows up, and it's just what you would have wanted, had you taken the time to decide. Only, it's even better, because you get what you asked for, but you get to be surprised at the same time.

It's really foggy today. That's nice too.
